I have an article on the lovely and talented musician Alessi Laurent-Marke in the current issue of Venus Zine available this week at news stands and book stores. It’s a great issue; the article is part of the “25 under 25″ series, highlighting women under the age of 25 who are doing productive/creative/interesting things.

The holiday season is upon us! I think it came faster this year than any other year. It is snowy and icy and cold here in Omaha.

I’ll sum it up for you: it’s pretty awesome and really catchy. I’ve been playing it a ton lately. Plus she can dance.
